VENTING!!!!!!

I just tried to place an order with Midsouth, they have gotten like Midway, I wanted 8 Items they were out of 3, canceled the order and requested that they Midsouth call me when they have the Items I want, HaHaHa I'm sure some place will freeze over before I get that call.
Can any one here tell me why the catalog people are doing this???????????

  'Cause paper catalogs are designed and sent to the printer about 3 months before they are returned to the co. that ordered them, and then mailed out to you.... happens all the time with our course catalog.
  
  Now if the items were listed as available on their website, etc. then there is no excuse - at that point, it is just poor programming, poor inventory control, or both.

  Order stuff that they have! Or backorder it.

  Every business is having problems getting inventory. With prices so high, many manufacturers have slowed production, because they aren't making enough money to make it worth while. I've had a LOT of problems getting tools and other inventory. I order 4-5 pallets, and I get 1 or maybe 2. [V] It sucks.
