Speaking of Anti-Virus?
I have the Norton Anti-Virus on my personal PC's that also is supposed to catch and delete spyware. It works well in all other ways, for example the Dana Software that harmlessly identifies your IP etc works because it says my IP is a company that isnt even close to me IP. But I can run my Ad-Aware Spyware and it removes several cookie tracking spyware etc. So why is it getting by the Norton or is the Ad-Aware just set up to always find spyware even if there is none?

Cookies cannot be used for tracking.
At least, I've never heard of it.
Tracking has to be done by executable files (mostly trojans), usually in the windows files, not cookies.
Of course, it depends on what you mean about tracking?0
