email help????

I need to change my email internet program.When I click on someones email address to email them, it takes me to Outlook express, which I know nothing about and have never used.I went to control panel-internet options-programs-email to change it. My only options are outlook express and msn explorer which I know nothing about. I used to have the Yahoo option and that is what I was using. Now it is not an option.How do I get that back as an option because you can only use the options that drop down.

  Outlook Express is really simple to setup and use. You'll need some info from your Internet Service Provider in order to set it up.

  Outlook and msn are full of security holes that will allow a ton of crap into your machine.
  
  You probably have an email account with your service provider. You can either use thier site to get and send your email (safest) or use the full version of netscape with email and you'll just need a couple of settings from your provider like incoming servername and outgoing server name.
  
  But you'll have to change your email address to one in your provider's service.
