H and K MP5....OPINIONS PLZ...LINK ADDED..

Okay, the story line is this....

A guy took the MP5 and said it is the "finest machine gun" ever made....what is your opinion?...


I will direct you to the website later on as he destroys something with the MP5...

Okay..the radio station I listen to in the mornings got ahold of some Harry Potter books BEFORE the release date and was going to give them away..The publisher found out, and confiscated the books.. MJ (host) was so angry he went and bought one after the release date and destroyed it with the MP5...and in the radio show, he ranted on how great it was, the finest machine ever made....

    I really like the MP5, seems to be quite the weapon and favored.

    I'd love to own one.

    maybe the finest sub machine gun.
    If I lived in any state other than Washington and had the money, I would buy one.
    I think they are about 15,000.00 on up in the USA.
    Probably more like 1,000.00 in pro full auto gun countries.

    I would have to agree with MVP on Washington state and owning an MP5. Personally, I too would love to have one.

    WA is the only state in America where common people are not allowed to own full auto firearms.
    They are so strict you can not even own parts from a full auto machine gun.

    Good gun, but piece of junk for combat. Generally speaking the MP5, or any roller lock bearing action has extraordinary problems with sand or dirt of any kind.

    If you are just going to plink, then cool but if you want something that will hold up, NO. Been there and done that, Absolutely not.

    People that rank this gun high also rank the M16 high.

    Good for intented purpose, but all around, I'd say NO!!!

    Try a firearm with an op-rod. This is why AK's and FAL's are so popular with actual combat troops. They don't jam as often.

    The MP5 is a very good design executed very well. Excellent reliability, accuracy, rate of fire is fast and controllable. HK created one of the classics. It is always a treat to use this weapon. Some may be more modern, but I'm not sure any are much better, although Daewoo makes a outstanding SM too.

    The MP5 is a specialized gun made for special applications. I wish I owned one.

    Not bad shooting for close range. However, the old pump shotgun and fine shot would have really shredded ol Harry Potter.
