"Assualt Weapon" Term I No Longer Use....
almost always when i debate gun control with people they always throw out the term "assualt weapon". i am forced to defend a term that i didnt make up and i think is totally irrelevant and not applicable to the discussion. i have now decided i will no longer even recognize the word. when someone says "do you think assualt weapons should be legal" ? i will answer..."what is an assault weapon" ? i tried it once already and it totally stumped the other person. forced to define what an assualt weapon is they quickly realize they have no clue. answers they usually give are .....
# 1 - a big caliber gun
# 2- a gun that fires alot of bullets really fast
# 3 - a military gun
# 4 - automatic weapon
# 5 - guns that shoot through bullet proof vests

I would call it a "versatile firearm".
