polishing a feeding ramp

What is the best thing to use to smooth a feeding ramp? I have heard alot of thing from steel wool to sand paper

A Dremel tool with polishing bob attached and a dollop of jeweler's rouge work well, too.

when you done with the rouge you can then hit it with a polishing cloth, after a few hours it'll shine like a mirror

I use a dremel. Start with a cratex tip to get it smooth. Then polish with a buffing tip with Semi-Chrome.
