Anyone From Fort Bragg?
Picked this up at the auction tonight. This is going to a soldier or his wife. Anyone know someone? It is 3' x 5' and is an afghan. Looks like a Veteran's Day giveaway.[:)]

He was 82nd Airborne stationed at Ft. Bragg for about 6 years!0 -
Bragg was my duty station...I was not with the 504th though...I'd like to see it go to a vet that was in that unit.

I would suggest that you contact the Command Sergeant Major or a First Sergeant. This way it would more likely end up in the hands of a deserving troop that would otherwise not be able to afford such a nice keepsake.[:)]

My Dad wore the 82nd patch and we still live around Ft Bragg with a few thousand other retired Airborne soldiers. I doubt he would want the nice wall hanging there. He doesn't display much of his 22 years worth of military memorabilia except a few pictures of his old buddies who didn't make it home and his old beret. 0 -
I am looking to give this away only to someone an ACTIVE Duty. Might just take a ride to the Veterans Parade folk tomorrow .. 0
