NYSE may merge with Tokyo Stock Exchange
The deal represents the latest step in the NYSE's bid to become a global exchange, and John Thain, NYSE Group Inc.'s chief executive, said that the next logical step is for an alliance with China.

  I wish it would merge with the London exchange instead of the Tokyo one. Japan isn't doing so hot right now compared to the rest of Asia.

  Wtheck.. didn't we bail out the Japanese market a few years back..
