To repair my TV [:D] 4th attempt. Already had the letter typed up for tomorrow to file a suit against Circuit City. Repair man called, then the CC store. They miss this appointment and I will follow thru.[;)]

  Usually circuit city, even a year or more later, will take back something. Try to return it! Bring it in and put it on the counter. If they don't accept it, leave it there and walk out. Possession is 9/10 the law. Then sue them for your money back.

  Repairman called from Turnersburg, NC..160 mile away. Has a local repair man with a service van to do the job.
