Value of a S&W Model 29 Lou Horton Special...???

Does anyone know what the value of a Lou Horton Special S&W is? It has a nickle finish and a 3" barrel. Someone is trying to trade one in on a Kimber at a gun show my wife is attending. She called me to get a value on it...any help would be appreciated.

    Call her back to see if the serial number starts with a PC ( performance center ). Their listing shows it listed as BBR product code 170213fc. Don't know if they were in 3" but were nickel. Manufacture list was 1045 in 02. The straight Lew Horton gun lots were made 5000 and would come in about 6.5-7bills but don't know if they were nickel. Be carefull it may be a refinish job.

    It possibly was one of the new ones.. limited 250 guns... big deal , it still has the new KEY lock feature. Smart decision
