  Cost so far;
  Concrete $3000
  trusses $1060
  Materials$3500
  Labor $2800
  _________
  total $10360 plus vinyl siding material and garage door.
  
  Should be just a tad under 13K when done. Pole barn this size was 15.5. I will take a stick build building anyday over a metal pole barn.
