What a timesaver... I like the county records..

Courts now have a link to their database for court activity, whether it is Magistrate or Circuit Court. I can run an applicant over the internet and see if they have any record on file... I have caught two already today... NO sir .. I have NO record. Your date of birth is .... Well I am sorry to inform you that I will not rent to you... You have a grand larceny charge .. or a mary jane charge.. [:D][:D]

    Well sorta...my neighbor is on the sexual offenders list...For sex with a minor... a fifteen yr old girl who is know about 25 the mother of two wonderful kids and appears to be very happily married to the dude!!! Everyone that moves into the area is scared to death for two or three years till they find out the facts!!!
