Cowdoc- Urgent
I am going to win the mega ball lotery tonignt and I need to spend some money. I read on one of your posts that you have thousands of acres of land. I was wondering if you would give up for a small sum about 250 acres for a 1000 yd. shooting range for rifles and cannons and 100 yd. indoor pistol range. Also I would like to build a 3000 room hotel with 2, one acre indoor swimming pools, for gunbroker members only. Next to the hotel I would like to build a shopping mall to keep the ladies busy while we shoot. It would be in the shape of a big x with one wing for Bass Pro Shops, one wing for Cabellas, one wing for L.L. Bean and the last wing for Gander Mountain. The food court in the center of the x would have a Hooters and Outback steak house. I would be buying all john deere equipment to maintain the grounds to keep in fashion as I hear that it is deere country around there. The hotel would be free of charge to all active members in good standings. Nunn would be hired for the head of the mall ninja's.
Let me know what you think as soon as you can. I've got to run to the 7-11 to get my quick pick for tonights drawing. Thanks [:D]

You don't have to win the Powerball. Just start a gun-rights organization and use the money from that to build your own shooting sports Taj Mahal. 0 -
Don't forget the Airport! 0 -
...and GPS operated personal transport buggies.. 0 -

ya along with the gb jets [:D]0 -
If the resort had 3-4, 20 passenger Lear-Jets, that would be enough. Don't need to be wasting any of that power-ball money..[;)]

Yeah... and you don't even need an airstrip.
If the GB members are too wussy to jump in, they don't deserve to be there.

So something like this to start out with:
www.p2krange.com
there is nothing like have a indoor 100 yard rifle range[:D]0 -
Let's not forget that concealed carry and at least one other gun are REQUIRED to check in. Don't forget the firearms museum (we need SOME culture). 0 -
Doug Wilson- I didn't forget the airstrip, I just didn't want to overwelm him with too much to think about at first, but it was in my plans with a helo pad and Hooter girls for stewardess on the lear jets.
MK 19- Yes, something like that range but it would make that one look like peanuts. When you were done shooting, you just hand your gun to an armory guy and say, please have it clean and ready to use again for my afternoon shoot. IT would have the 100 yd. indoor pistol range next to the indoor pro archery range.
This would be a family place to go to so I don't know about that dropping in thing. The kids would have a water-theme park to go to so you wouldn't see them only when you wanted to. Like on the Disney ships.0 -
Here's to hoping you win tonight! 0 -
Just seen this.....did you win? 0 -
somehow i think if we all met in person, it might not be as fun as a shooting complex with a hotel... 0 -

The P2K range is where I used to shoot. In 1962 my Dad and his hunting partner built the trap house. Before I moved to Idaho I held the trap range record at 200 straight targets.
When the range was the San Diego Fish and Game Association range. All the building material and labor were donated. These days all the trap stuff they have was donated by Herman Sledge, even the two towers for the Five Stand.0
