Having a new heating-air conditioning system installed. Wanna be sure they don't screw up! Old system works fine but is 21 years old so I thought I better replace it.

  Yep. You're gonna notice your utility bills go down because the Seer 13 is the common machine of the day. The effenciy of the units has greatly increased. The boiler I put in the shop is a 96% efficent, and the old one was about 80%.
