There is positive proof that Mexico helps it's citizens illegally enter the U.S. There is also proof that many of these Mexican citizens have harmed U.S. citizens. Therefore Mexico is partly responsible. I wonder if Mexico could be sued and a lein placed on the 1.4 Billion? 0 -
