I need the load data for a 68 Grain BTHP 22 caliber bullet loaded for 223 Remington, using BLC-2 powder. I left my book at work and want to do some loading this evening.

  24.5 grains of BL-C-2will get you 2833 FPS or 26.5 grains will get you 3029 fps.
