Dillon tool head stands

I have some Dillon tool heads with dies installed. I was trying to figure out an alternative to buying the expensive tool head stands from Dillon. Anyone have any ideas on how to store the tool head so that the resizing die pin is not at risk of breaking off, other than laying the tool head on its side?

    I have several Dillon stands and as my list of tool heads grew I decided to make a few. Nothing special or hard. If you want email me through my profile and I will email you a pic of what I made. Pretty simple and I am not a master craftsman by any stretch.

    If you need some posts made out of aluminum, let me know and i'll help you out. You can then mount that to a piece of wood.

    I also have a bunch of wood laying around, I could probably just make the whole thing for you. I have a Dillon reloader, so I know what they look like.

    We could make one long board and mount all the tool heads onto one board.

    I would be interested in a one piece unit with room to hold about ten tool heads ( I don't have that many now, but I am sure I will accumulate more caliber conversions).

    I would need a single row of tool heads as my work bench has a narrow shelf, about 8 inches wide, where I keep the dies and tool heads now.

    Many thanks to Gary, aka Mango Tango, he made me up some stands for the Dillon tool heads that are just beautiful! Its great to see this kind of comraderie on the forums!
