Facing growing pressure from his own party, Gov. Eliot Spitzer indicated he had not ruled out rescinding a heavily criticized plan to issue driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, according to published reports.

With 77% of New Yorkers against him and several lawsuits filed by DMV commissioners for exceeding his authority and violation of state law, I would wager that a snowball has a better chance in hell of "building enthusiasm".0 -
