I've thought about Winny Mod 70's for a while now.0 -
Does not seem too bad.
Although in the pictures (that are not very detailed) I cannot tell if those are smudges or scratches in the stock!0 -
Smudges/scratches really don't matter to me.
A buddy of mine just moved to northern Maine. I foresee a Moose hunt in the future. Not real sure what the tag stipulations are though.0 -
Be careful cubs, that is not factory. Read the fine print. I was going to say it was a good deal until I read the barrel print was not aligned properly. Take a closer look. 0 -

I read that as well, I was wondering why. I think I'll leave it be and spend a little extra on a factory gun.
A Tikka T3 in 300 Mag or Shortmag with a Burris Euro-Diamond 3-12x or Nikon Monarch (in 3-12 or 4-16x) scope is my next to buy list.0 -
Not sure how good the deal is. Usually a re-barrel is set in one or two full turns, re-chambered to fix/set the headspace, thus letering is in the right spot. For what ever reason this one is off half a turn. On a meat gun I don't think it matters as long as the head space is good and enough steel remains in the chamber area. 0 -
I don't know about this particular gun but I have dealt with this seller before and I was happy with them. 0
