Selling Collectible Ammo and Boxes

Good Afternoon All

I have some old shotshells and boxes of my fathers that I want to sell for him and would like to get get a fair price with miminal hassle (who wouldn't?) I went with Gun Broker to list the shot gun, but didn't see a lot of action on shotshells and boxes. I just need some advice as to a good online auction that has good traffic.

    it depends on what you have and what folks want this place gets more then its fair share of lookers
    if it priced right and shippings not high as hell then it will do good if you have the right person wanting it.

    Shotshell and shotshell box collectors are kinda thin in the ranks of cartridge collectors (not that the whole genere of cartridge collectors is thick on the ground).

    Old does not mean rare or valuable. If they are pre-WW1 than they will have some additional value, if they are post-WW2 than they are more than likely shooting ammo.

    Boxes need to be pristene, skuffs, tears, missing flaps, faded colors all dramaticly reduce the value.
