None that I can talk about - don't know the statutes of limitations. I did have a good one pulled on me, though.

My first ex-wife followed me from Reno to LA and set fire to my girlfriend's (later next-wife) Datsun SPL 311 (Fairlady).

Sure put one over on me, didn't she ??

When I was in college there were 3 girls that lived in the same apartments as us. They never locked their Chevette and after a night of drinking we decided to prank em. We popped the hood and ran a wire from the engine compartment back to the rear of the car. We wired the horn to the brake lights. everytime they hit the brakes, their horn would go off. They drove around like that for almost a week before someone undid our wiring. You could hear the horn at every stop sign, red light, RR crossing, ect. That was 16 years ago and I still laugh about it.

Doug - when we come up, remind me to tell you about Gale hiring an actress to impersonate an old crone, that publicly accused me of fathering her child and fleeing from that steel town, so that I didn't have to pay my child support - that all at my surprise 39th birthday, at a restaurant full of my guests! I was convinced I was guilty - nearly fainted!

... never been had, so bad, in my life - before or since.

...My all time favorite, but be prepared. We did this I don't know how many times while in college.

...Old lamp cord w/insulation stripped back a couple of inches. Wrap loosely around the big toes of the person (victim) sleeping, and plug in...it's great...[^]

When I was in college, we were always playing tricks on each other and we learned to never leave the door to your room unlocked. One night the guy across the hall forgot that rule while taking a shower. While he was gone, my roommate and I took all of the furniture out of his room. When he came back, he started yelling and ran to get the dorm manager. While he was gone, we put all the furniture back. He didn't know what to say when he got back with the dorm manager. He figured it out fairly quickly and we had a good laugh.

A good one my dad pulled on my step mom a few years back. He went to the local convenience store and got a lotto ticket, one of the pick your own numbers. The trick is that he picked the numbers that were the winning number for the previous night's drawing, making it appear that he had won. Needless to say, my step went complete beserk thinking we had won the huge lotto jackpot (it was over 60 million at the time), and then became extremely pissed (understatement) when he asked her to check the date on the ticking that tells what the previous winning numbers were. This trick works best when lotto jackpots are too huge to be ignored, so the liklihood of checking the dates is slim[}:)]

Now you guy's got me reminising about my youth. The same year we did the brakes/horn prank we got our neighbors who lived upstairs from us. My roomate and I were in their apartment. We had a unviversal remote that could program itself to any stereo/Tv. We got it programmmed to their stereo and went back downstairs to our apartment. Around 2am we turned their stereo on thru the window and turned it all the way up. They woke up, turned it off and went back to bed. This went on about 5 times before they unplugged it. Ah, the good old day's.

A little costly but really good. A 2 1/2 ton of railroad rock delivered to the end of a certain persons driveway. The cost of removing it was a lot more though. BTW, you can't shovel railroad rock.[:D][}:)]

Ok, all these pranks took place at a Maritime College where there were daily room inspections, so making someone clean was a pain.

    1. Take a shaving cream can, poke a hole in it and cover it with your finger. Run down the hall until a door is open and throw the grenade and then get out!!

    2. If they smarten up and close the door. Take a large manila envelope and fill it full of shaving cream. Slide the open end under the door and jump on the envelope sending the cream flying.

    3. Have a friend quietly push a door in as hard as he can and slide pennies between the door and frame. Makes the door almost unopenable. (Yes, this one wasn't safe)

    4. Take a 50 gallon drum from the ganghead and quietly lean in against a door. Use 5 gallon buckets to fill it from the shower. When the occupant tries to open the door it will be tight and he will most likely thing it is "pennied". When he gets the door open TIDAL WAVE!!!

    5. One of the best or worst happened to my neighbor and good friend. Had a huge inspection from the Commandant. Well this friend had been being a pain to my brother (an upperclassman). My brother went to his room about 1 minute before inspection. Dumped a 1 lb bag of peanut M&M's and gound them into the carpet.

Had a friend that was always playing jokes on me, decided to get even.

Knowing he was out of town, I called his office and asked for him.

The receptionist said he was out of town and "was there a message?"

I said "this is Dr. Browning at the clinic. Tell Charles I need to see him right away, the results of his STD test was positive" and left the Doctors number.

Little did I know that he was fooling around with the receptionist, and she went into orbit! Nearly killed him when he came in from out of town, went to her Doctor for a round of tests - which were negative and she made him pay for them! Afterwards, she flushed him.

    I never admitted anything !!

One Christmas Eve my buddies and I wrapped up packages of dog slime. We would place them in key spots where people would find them and think they just hit the JACKPOT. It was always funny when the real greedy would open the gift right where they found it. They would get really mad.

Went fishing a couple of years ago with a friend and his 20 yr old son. We were backpacking to a lake that was on a VERY steep trail of about a mile long with a tough uphill hike out. The 20 yr old was thrilled that he could outhike us "old farts" up that hill and made no secret of it with constant trash talk. On the second day we waited till he wasnt looking and filled his backpack with a bunch of big rocks. He charged out ahead as usual but his father and I damn near caught him at the top. He was a sweating mess breathing so hard we didnt have to listen to the trash talk for several minutes. His father and I smiled our way all the way up the trail every once in a while laughing out loud whenever we got a look at his sweat stained t shirt and sweaty red face. We never said a word and he didnt find the rocks until two days later when he cleaned out his backpack. Made me laugh just thinking about it again. [:D]

A coworker who has *lots* of rights to files on the network had this habit of leaving his desk and his workstation unlocked. He also kept most of his current work on his desktop for quick access.

Got in his office, took a screen shot of the desktop, set it as his wall paper, adn moved all the icons off his desktop. Clicky-clicky, no good, nothing would open. :)

I also had some Israeli training rounds in 308/7.62nato that had a wooden bullet. I'd load one of them up in my 308 mauser, hold it against my crotch, and pull the trigger. No biggie. I'd then take a 168grn hunting load, load it up, and hand it to the nearest available victim and tell him to duplicate teh trick :)

Call a friends house when he is at work.

When his wife answers, ask if he is there. When she says he went to work, tell her he called in and said he wasn't coming in today and you just wanted to know if he was OK.

He won't be when he gets home.
