Identifying a bullet

Was at the range mining bullets to reclaim lead for casting and found some that are puzzling.
Appear to be 44 cal. (.429"), cupro-nickel jacket, partition type.
Are these factory bullets (who)? Or are they component bullets (who)?

  Well, Nosler does make their Partition bullet in a .429 250gr HP
