Doesn't help the fishing either, does it?
We sure could use some of that rain here in Florida.

    Thanks---Peabo

Yep, as much as we have needed all of the rain I'm ready for some sunny weather. The storm that came southeast through Dallas today carried enough wind when it arrived here that it took down a Sweet Gum at the edge of our property.[:0] The moderate sized tree snapped about 3 feet above the ground where it was damaged two years ago when our house was built. I also fertilized the lawn about 10 days ago and while the rain has really done a good job of watering in the fertilizer, it has been too wet to mow and I might have to have my yard bush hogged before I can use my walk behind mower or lawn tractor.[:D]

On a positive note, I now have an excuse to use my Chain Saw![:p]

What are you talking about??? When the Skagit River overflows its banks, one can see beautiful, 10-30lb salmon swimming up the local highway in 3 inches of water---easy catchin'!!!
