What did you have for easter dinner?

Ours consisted of BBQ Briskit,homemade cole slaw,corn on the cob, taters,homemade rolls,pinto beans/w/onions and a olive and cheese plate.

    Lasagna with great meatballs on the side, at Dawnie's mom's house. Not a traditional Easter dinner, I reckon, but they be Yankee Italians.

    Roast Rack of Lamb, sauted Asparagus & Green Beans, Boiled New Potatoes, Kirkland Pinot Noir & for dessert Jello with strawberries and bananas with whipped cream. Was doing okay until we got to the whipped cream.

    I'm at work, so I got whatever the wife packed for me. Might be something special, she never packs my lunch. Then again, might be a rock. [:)]

    Ham, turkey, mashed patatoes, corn, bread, mixed fruit, cookies, and homemade ice cream cake. Was all really good, but I had to do it twice(lunch with my family and dinner with the girlfriend's family) so I am ready to explode.

    Ham, Rolls, green beans, some kinda stuffing like stuff and some other stuff i wasnt intrested in. Then for dessert was either a variety of over 5 pies / cakes, or Marshmellow fruit fluff.

    I had some fluff, its good stuff!

    Night before, ribeye's almost 2" thick, crablegs, corn on the cob, BBQ ribs, asperagus & huge portabello mushrooms...Sunday..Ham, stuffing, mashed & sweet potato's, lobster, lots of veggies, buttermilk biscuts and turtle cheese cake. I need some rest from my 3 day's of rest.

    Dont celebrate easter...but had prime rib, garlic/cheddar mashed potatoes, spinach, salad, deviled eggs...dessert was pineapple upside down cake...

    Turkey, ham, potato salad, tons of deserts, homemade mac & cheese, biscuits and more deserts!!! Then, 2 hours later I had ham, scalloped potatos and buscuits...apple pie and ice cream too.
