Funny thing bout the headline....I wrote power from salt water...and the headline magically changed to this above....

you have to make salt water two words it pick up the last letter in the first word and the first 3 letters in the second word and makes it a bad word. 0 -

One of the articles about the process said it was, at best, about 76% efficient at the current time. That may change in the future, and it's worth the research effort to try, but it is presently a net energy loser. That doesn't make it a bad thing, since nearly all breakthrough type discoveries improve over time, but don't hold your breath for $1 gas to result from this by next weekend. 0 -
Years ago A guy from these parts made a unit thast bomdarded electricity with Rf waves and he did produce a nice flame from it.

I agree that it won't get far, but that 76% efficiency, if accurate, sounds pretty darn good to me, compared to most energy sources. 0
