The most weight U put over your head

The most I put over my head was 305 lb. at 165 lb bodyweight C&J[8D]
In this match I did 265 lb. at 148 lb bodyweight C&J[8D]
To day the military Press is no more[:0]
In the Olympics there are only 2 Olympic lifts [:)]
Snatch & Clean & Jerk [:)]
The MILITARY PRESS was ruled out in 1973 because of too many different styles and hard to judge.
I knew a lifter that could military press twice his bodyweight 250 lbs at 123 bodyweight, YET he could not make the Olympic team.
When he lifted the weight the bar just barely reached the top of his head, he was a MIDGET, he had a short push compared to the average man.[:D]

    Used to do military sets of 10 with 185-205...that was a while back. I probably weighed about 180.

    Each night before I go to bed, at exactly midnight, I push the planet Earth up about two feet. If you've looked up the mass of the Earth, you'll know I am not to be trifled with. This only works when in the northern hemisphere. I made the mistake of waiting til midnight once when I was on an island in the South Pacific with no land between where I was at and Antarctica. Since everything is upside down, you need to wait til noon, or run the risk of being crushed.

    I popped something in my back when I jerked a 140-pound dumbell when I was 14 and weighed maybe 120. I've had back trouble ever since. I was actually the real dumbell, I guess.[:(]
