Armed Forces Tea Party PLEASE SHARE!!!
"My name is Joe Sirochman owner
of American Spirit Arms...our Web site
    orders have jumped 500 percent
    causing our Web site e-commerce
processing larger deposits to Bank of America. So they decided to hold
the deposits for further review. "After countless hours on the phone
with Bank of America, I finally got a
manager in the right department that
told me the reason that the deposits
were on hold for further review -- her
exact words were -- `We believe you should not be selling guns and parts
    on the Internet.

Not a huge sum of money but the two branches I went to today didn't have cash. Had to go downtown to the main branch. Unbelievable, Largest bank in the country and no cash.

As of today they will no longer give loans to companies that make ?Assault style weapons?. Watch other banks follow suit.

Then they would have SS# as it has allways been a requirement to open an account with them.

I quit useing them years ago when they told me one time that I overdrew a SAVINGS accout. By my figures I had $400 some odd dollars in the account and they told me I was overdrawn by the same ammount to the exact penny.

Plus the fact of How do you over draw a savings account? Either you have money there or you do not. I had no ATM card for this account so I would have had to go into the branch and withdraw the money.

To this day I still say they owe me that money I had in the account but do to my job at that time I could not persue anything on it because I was on the road all the time. And now it has been so long that I don't even have the info on the account anymore.

Thats like a drug dealer saying he only sells drugs to exisiting customers. So what if hey are "exisiting customers", that just means B of A started the program earlier and gave credit cards to illegal without SS# earlier and just now is telling people about it.

Imagine that, so customers have federal tax ID's on record with the bank to receive tax statements from the bank.

Obviously you do not know the requirements to become a Bank of America customer.

grd , same thing happened to me with a cash atm withdrawel .i took out
100 ,the machine approved the transaction .at that time you'd think sufficent funds were available ,there wasn't . so they added a overdrawn fee of 35 usd .

it's all fees anymore . heck if the money wasn't in the bank it shouldn't of payed out !!

I've been with BoA since they came into Washington State and took over a bunch of smaller, National banks.
I do all my banking on-line, bill-pay, money transfers etc. Heck, they are even paying me 1% every time I use my debit card.
The only fee I have ever paid to BoA was when my balance slipped below $1,000 and I got zapped for $3. I've taken steps to see that that never happens again, as if my balance gets below $1,200, an automatic transfer from my savings account happens to keep my checking account above the $1,000 limit.

They are not the only bank doing it,there nis about 9 American banks that except the ID that mexico gives its illegals that are over here.I stop using a bank a while ago and started using a credit union. All the advantages of a bank but much, much cheaper. There bank statements give a balance after every transaction,so it is much easier to keep account of your money.
