small ammo makers - remanufactured, etc

Anyone have any experience with remanufacturers/reloaders for bulk milspec type ammo? Got some good links to suppliers in the SE, preferrably N Florida or S Georgia?

I ask because surplus prices on 308 have gone a little nutz, and I'd rather support a "little" ma & pa type outfit here than some importer/exporter elsewhere...

(Yes, I will probably also ponder getting into reloading)

  There .223 fmj bullets are cheap for 1000.

  try reloading your self if you dont factor in your time its much cheaper and very satisfying.
