Anyone from Salt Lake City area?

If so could you please look up a phone number for the 419th Transportation Company US Army Reserves for me?

I have been trying to find a phone number on the net and cannot find it.

I am trying to get in contact with them to get info on an award we were given (Meritorious Unit Commendation) from Desert Storm but I had transfered units before the orders were cut and I never got mine.

I also need info about other awards I am suppost to have.

I have been trying to straighten out all this stuff for over 2 years and just got orders for most of it but still have stuff missing.
