Burris Scope
I recently purchased a Burris 3X9 ballist optical scope, first one I have owned. Any feed would be great.

What do you mean 50 yards 0 -
50 yds and out, it should do whatever you want. closer than 50 yds is too close. so you know what ranges are appropriate.
I don't know about quality. I've heard some good things about burris signature series, if that's what you got.0 -
I have one on my Win .270 and love it. Clear glass and I like the ballistic-plex reticle. You shouldn't be disapointed.
Mine sets in Burris Signature Series rings.0 -
should be a fine choice for hunting anything deer and up, in most terrian.
I dont know about the 50 yard thing?, I have used higher powered scopes much much closer
Back in the olden days, scopes FOV was much more limited, and the higher power were not as practical.
Today they are fine, and you picked a good one.0
