Not sure it is illegal as long as the rifle is over the 20 whatever inch rule with a 16" bbl. Last I saw you could get the same deal for $79.97 at CFS.

It will fit anything as long as you can machine the receiver (milled) or machine the stamped receiver in the Yugo underfolder configuration and substitute the Yugo trunnion.

Better pick there at centerfire. SO they just whack these off the receiver then?

On the Mak 90 it would be pretty hard. There are a couple different types of recivers. The Mak 90 does not have the large, about 3/4 inch, hole needed for the stock. The one underfolder stock that I got, for another project (10/22 [:D]), came with a template for cutting and drilling to make it fit.

Since the 94 AWB ban is over it is posible for it to be legal. To do it legaly you would need to have enough USA made parts to be 922r compliant. As I am sure you are aware all IMPORTED firearms still fall under teh 1989 ban.

I think it would be cheeper and easier to just buy one of the cheep new underfolding rifles if that is what you want.

It is not an AWB, but that chinese import ban that makes it confusing. I was not able to figure out if legal even with compliance costs

But I don't think it will fit anway
