plumber question

My well pump has been cycling too often. I suspect the air pressure in the accumulator is low. I just checked it to be 15 psi. What is the normal pressure?

    The kitchen sink has a long drain run of about 20 feet. Lately, when the sink drains, there is a gurgling sound for about 30 - 60 seconds after the water is out of the sink. Kinda like air trapped or a water vacume has formed. It didn't used to do this that I know of. I used foaming drain cleaner but didn't help any. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

    I was quoted $80 per hr by the property manager. I just got a quote a $54 by the first one we called. I think its time to upgrade the property manager.

    First I wasn't going to post this but here in CA
    Joe Blow without a Contractors Lic. will range from about $48 to $60
    Joe Blow with a Contractors Lic. start at $90 to $160

    Like myself as a welder I charge a Min $160hr shop rate up to $225 hr for road jobs. Your manager maybe looking out for ya and getting the job done right the first time by a licensed plumber. If he goes other wise it might cost ya a whole lot more to fix a Fubar.

    In my field, I have fixed a lot of welding fubars because the back yard welder guy told the customer "No problem".

    Get Lic. # and MAKE DAM SURE, got a ton of fraud out there. Here in my little section of CA. guys have been getting stung right and left for for saying so and giving a False or in valid CL#.

    Low price is good! just do the check! We don't pay massive fees to the CA. state License board for nothing. I am sure NV is not that much/far behind.
