rifle shell question

I was at the range I go to picking up brass and picked up a load of rifle brass that has these markings on the end.

Thats it????? What caliber are these and who makes them????

Also picked up several hundred winchester .45 acp brass not a bad day pickins.

  BF is the arsonal it was loaded in (F?brica Nacional de Muni?oes de Armas Legeiras, Chelas, Portugal), 69 or 79 is the year of manfacture.
  Military ammo dosn't normaly have a caliber designation on it.
  Some basic dimentions would pin it down fairly quickly
  Inside dia of case mouth and case length will do for starters. Or you can compare it to some known rounds
