Bristol now the same as Watkins Glen!!

So now the powers that be have decided to "improve"(NOT!!) what has for years been the best racetrack on the Nascar circuit! What has been "the toughest ticket in professional sports to obtain", will now be just another not sold out venue! Congratulations track owners! You pissed your cornflakes this time!! GHD

    nascar changes the rules every other race and its horrible. im my opinion nascar is pandering to the new race fans who dont know squat. when i started seeing hollywood stars at nascar races i knew we were in for trouble.

    Next rule change will be whoever has too many indicent or accidents will be penalized points or have to go to the back of the line. No more racing back to the line. No more burnouts the smoke is hurting my eyes. No more climbing the fence,they are going to make it an electric fence. And the final straw... NO more beer at the track.[:0]

    ever been to the Glen? did you happen to catch this year's Glen? either a Jeff Gordon fan, or never done either of the above!...(No offense)glen this year was an 'AWESOME' race (who have we heard that from?) 3 wide racing on a little track? doesn't get any better. (Unless you're a masochist, who has never owned, built or raced a car, and shows up for just the wrecks.......)

    Glad I don't go to Bristol anymore. Had more fun at the IRL race at Ky motor speedway. Not as long of a race and I hate to say it, I think IRL is just as fun to watch as NASCAR anymore.

    Been to the Glen! and NOT A GORDON fan!! I will admit that this years Glen was the best Glen race in years and was almost capable of holding fans attention for 50% of the time!! GHD
