Have heard the Petro Express thing for going on a year,......but I have not done business with Citgo since I knew it was what it is.
Why would I want to support a melon headed dictator from down there. He looks "mentally disabled" to me,.........I will pay whatever the price is to avoid going there.

...I payed off my Citgo card and cut it up, almost a year ago now, wouldn't use their gas if they offered me a free lifetime supply, snit on Chaves. the commie rat...[^]
