    haha, the only thing the directive says is that in the event of a national emergency or crisis that the preident can temporarily appointe a person to oversiew operations of the federal response to the event. dont get to paranoid, lol

    ..... Remember the 'emergency powers' assumed in star wars for the emperor to tighten his grip. Klinton will no doubt 're-organize' the senate just before (if ever) the disaster is declared over. [:(!]
