    The Amnesty for illegal aliens bill has resurfaced attached to the defense funding bill SA2919! May be on the senate floor today. The treasonous senators that tried to ram this down our throats before haven't yet understood ?(or don't care) that American citizens don't want the additional tax burdens of providing support to millions of noncitizens who abuse our charity and are trying to sneak it in with the defense bill where it would be hidden. If you have a spare minute or two and don't want to see this passed go to numbersusa and send a fax. Tell them to remove this provision it has NOTHING to do with defense funding! If you like the idea ...then thats your right. Quit griping about it when you go to the ER with a serious problem and have to wait because of a couple of dozen kids with headcolds are there before you!

    This also may be a backdoor attempt by the Democrats to kill funding for the military! Thus succeeding in their promises to end the war in Iraq. And also getting more of our sons and daughters killed because of a lack of supplys! But they wont mention that!

    Yep, this is called the Dream Act because it is an illegal immigrant's wet dream.

    Why they aren't getting the message from We The People, I can't figure out.

    They are counting on the American voter's legendary "amnesia" on election day! And for them (again)to blindly vote a straight party partisan ticket!

    BTW even "wet foot" Mel Martinez is against this now. At least he says he is. We'll see how he votes on it (he's been getting a lot of static from his Cubano friends in Dade county lately.)

    Case in point: There's an election for City Council coming up in Albuquerque 6 Oct., the turnout is expected to be "light", with ONLY 12-16% of registered voters casting ballots.
    One reason crap like this occurs is that NOBODY KNOWS THE ELECTION IS COMING!
    Another point-one of the candidates for City Council (the Mayor's pick)has listed on her resume a BS and MBA from a diploma mill that accepts $500 and sends a diploma.

    If WE THE PEOPLE are so ignorant and complacent as to allow those in power to dictate their desires and wishes to our detriment; maybe we deserve to live in squalor while illegal aliens and criminals revel in their newly found freedoms!
