Has anyone here bought one of the Century Arms Galils and received the recall notice?
I was just curious as to why the Isrealie bolt needs to be sent back?

A recall? That sucks. I was hoping they would be decent guns, since Galils are sort of hard to come by. But they are made by Century, which can only mean trouble. [:(] 0 -
Their Galil is 100% genuine Isrealie parts except for the Century Receiver. That is why I am confused as to why the bolt would be bad? 0 -
I think they accidentally put full-auto bolts(?) in them-"Hey Schlomo, didja get all those semiauto bolts I sent ya?" OOPS! 0
