Most look like plain old HSS tool bits, the one is a carbide tipped tool bit.

Small one on bottom looks like a Chamfer ( corner break ) HS . Can't tell if next one up from bottom is carbine but the one above it is. Check the C number on the bit. Looks like 4-5 range carbide. Others are High Speed tools.( blanks ) 0 -
since a sold an old lather to my friend, odds are, these will go to him to use on the old model b south bend. when he coems over, what should i ask for all of these? i heard 2.00 ea. is that still ballpark? 0 -

He needs a fixture to grind the HS tooling. Probably has one that rotates to get the right clearance so they cut. These are old school but still work fine. Newfangled carbide inserts are the happening thing for production. Only thing I did a quick search on. Your call on selling price

You don't need any fixture to grind HSS or brazed carbide bits. You can do it on a tool post grind.0 -
