...and the tax collector gets mad at him! I think I would have kicked the old dude in the shins for talking to me like that! The guy was protesting the high property tax rate and decided to pay his $12,000 tax bill in one dollar bills and coins. Great idea! Hope this link to the video works.

  I'd do it in pennies... and ask for a receipt. If they balked, I'd tell them that cash is considered US Legal Tender for All Debts, Public or Private.
