Sold some guns.

I needed some quick cash this past weekend, and broke down and sold some of my guns. I seldom do this, and I don't want to be taken advanatge of, but sometimes you have to wonder. So how did I do?

Pre 64 Winchester model 12, in 12 ga, 30" full choke barrel, sold for $525.
I cried when this one sold.

S&W model 624 Lue Horton edition 3" 44 special, sold for $400

Ruger Bisley, 45 long Colt, blue, sold for $250

H&R pardner National Wild Turkey edition 410, NIB never shot, sold for $125

The proud owner of these guns is my local Gander Mountain.

    you probally could have gotten a good bit more for the model 12 here, although depends[:(]
    you could have done $75 better on the smith and , $50 better on the ruger, but I would have taken $80 for the .410

    You can still get it, but it will cost you about $480. The store will add 20% for profit.

    I spoke with a dealer who told me he would list them all on GB for me, but he said the model 12's have not been doing very well. That is why I went to Gander.

    They got the model 12 priced at $600, and I think that is a bit high. I may try and buy the Ruger back at the $300 price they are aksing. It was an extreamly nice gun, and I still have the double loop mexican holster rig for it. The 410 can stay, I never would have used it, and I think they paid me too much for it.
