    No, but did see it rain small fish/minnows once.

    yes....we get big dust devils as we call them here, pick them up and they can take then quite high in the air them when it weakens the leaves fall back down from sky....some of them here can get quite big and look like a mini tornado.....have even seen them on snow swirling around two times in my life.

    Cowdoc's got it! And if you have ever been a kid growing up in the midwest, you know just how fun it is to run into these whirlwinds (dustdevils) and watch your hat go flying up in the air. Like Cowdoc, I've seen some huge ones pick up hay, cornhusks, trash, about anything light in weight with a large surface area. You really see a lot of them in the spring when it's dry and warm during planting.
