Just a dumb Idea for a range for HP center fires or rim fires

Have any of you guys ever thone up golf balls and shot them in mid air with your shotguns. Me and my buddies used to do that all the time. If you hit it just right you can get it to travel a good Two to Three hundred yards. Its always a lot of fun.[:D]0 -
I have thought about that before, but as frank said "it would take alot of property"
And the insurance would make it near impossible to have good rates too keep people coming in. they have some archery course like that in utah which have been real succesful. but we are talking apple and oranges. In fact i know of some prop in utah that that could just work. a bit of a drive 45 mins from provo but wouldnt have to worry about people getting shot.0 -

Sporting clays is golf for guns. Unless you go to one of the stationary sporting clay places-those are for sissies.
The sporting clay ranges I have been to are set up like a golf course.0
