An epiphany.
Think about this.
Who does the government work for? Who does the President work for?
Think of the United States as a large corporation, the citizens as stockholders and the government as the people hired by the stockholders to oversee the daily operations of said corporation.
Why can't we say "you're fired"?
They work for US, do they not?
Think about it. It could be done.

hate to rain on your parade but the reason we cant make common sense prevail is the dismal lack of participation in the electoral process followed by the vast amount of stupidity, greed, & me first attitude prevalent among the remainder that stagger to the polls......more people know about what american idol thinks or does than the real character & abilities of a candidate...rant 0 -
Unfortunately the "stock holders meetings" are only held every four years and the only applicants for the CEO position are better suited for a rewarding career in the fast food industry. 0 -

And 70% of the stockholders are too busy watching American Idol to even show up at a stockholder meeting.0 -
We are the government. The government only gets away with what we allow. 0
