How can they legitimately get from deeply in debt to +$40 million in six years?

The primaries are 11-12 months away. Bill CLinton has been out of office for 7 years by then. His office is in Harlem. His wife's office is in Warshington.
There will be another Bill Clinton sex scandal before the election.

There was a book out titled "Year of The Rat". It was written by two
individuals who followed the Clinton presidency. They even came out
with an update on the last year. If what they're saying in the book
is true, the Clinton's owe their souls to the Chinese. According to
them, Clinton was funded mainly by China. It's been awhile since I
read the book but there's no way in hell I'd believe the Clinton's
let alone elect Hillary for president.0
