She is definitely purdy Kodiakk. I also like the model above it with the wood grips. Very nice.

Yep that one definately looks very sharp also.
I'm thinking about selling off my little Colt Defender since it's more choosy with ammo then my other guns. I'm just not real happy with that Colt Defender compared to their cost. They are way over priced for how they function compared to my Sig and Glock in my opinion. I could sell the Colt, turn around and buy a compact 40 glock to replace it for my carry weapon and then take the left over cash and combine it with the gun fund money I'm currently hiding from my wife and might be able to afford the new Sig or come very close at least.
I just hate selling guns and never had the heart to sell one yet.0 -
Kodiakk,
Are your intentions honorable? What are your prospects? Are you gonna make an honest gun outta her?[:D][;)]0 -

Oh god yes! I will treat her right, feed her regularly, hold her every night, rub her down often, and never never abuse her.0 -
You have my blessings.[:D][;)] 0 -
Kodiakk - tell me more about the Defender and your dislikes. I am very seriously considering buying one. Is it just an ammo deal or other things? 0 -
Can't blame you for wanting that SIG.
Been thinking about trading my old 220 for one like that.
But we have grown SO close. (my carry gun [;)])0 -
Surre IS there. 0 -
GOD! Tell her to put some clothes on next time! She is pretty good lookin' though. 0 -
Are you sure it true love and not in a moment of heat.[:D][:D][:p] 0 -
Hard to beat a nice sig and the 220 is a good choice. Expensive but its the Rolex of pistols in my opinion.
I have a P 245 that I like a lot. I don't think they make that model anymore since they have a compact version now that is different.0 -
Here is my next pistol, and first Sig. Waiting for a distributor to get them in. P226 X-5 Competition

I really dislike the hooked style trigger guards.

I just have the plain jane 220R. Sure is a nice handgun though. 0 -

Don't get me wrong it's a ok pistol, but for 800-900 bucks I just expect more. It feels ok in my hand with the grips, all the controls are handy. Here are my only dislikes and I'm harsh since the gun costs equal or more then a Sig.
1. It doesn't eat any ammo I throw at it. I expect that from a spendy gun considering my Sig eats anything.
2. I'm a big guy and have big hands. After shooting awhile the back end of the safety usually rubs the first knuckle of my thumb raw. Not a big deal, however I agian I expect more from a 800-900 gun.
3. I can't shoot that well with it. At 15 yards I can keep it center mass and not to horrible, but it's nothing accurate like my Sig is for me. This could be purely operator error, but I can do well with my Sig.
Overall it's a ok pistol and I still will be carrying it until I get something I like more.0 -
