Was Judi Dench in the [1970] original Mash movie?

I watched part of it tonight. The scene when the "Pros from Dover" go to Japan to remove a chest fragment from the congressman's son? The head nurse [uncredited] looks just like Ms. Dench.

What say ye?

  It's not in her bio. But cameo roles may not be credited. I'd have to watch it again to see and the VCR's been unhooked for a while.
