Shooter 4 (here on G.B.) A true friend
True friends are sometimes few and far between. Again I had to call on
Ken for help. Damn Central A.C. went out sat. nite for no apparent reason. Sunday he came down. I was in the A.C. repair trade over 45 years but "aint what I usd to was", in my eigthties now I dont get around like I used to to say the least. Finally we found out some damn mouse had eaten through the 24 volt control thermostat wireing beneath the kitchen floor. Had to temporarily run a new pair of control wires to the outside unit. A lot of people would have figured just forget about this old fart. And this is not the first time he went out of his way to help this old friend. Thank God there are some left like him.

I don't know about shooter4, but my customers that talk guns with me always get "special treatment".[^]

Not everyone is out for themselves...there are still a few ppl around who think of others and help out....shooter4 sounds like one....
But I cant help but think, that perhaps shooter is really the one to benefit...after all you have all that experience....how many weapons have you shot?..taken apart? fixed?
How many short cuts do you know?...you have a lot of knowledge stored up...might think about writing it all down...0 -
