Whats the coolest looking movie gun you have seen?

Plain ole bubba
I liked the ones Castor Troy (Nick Cage) used in the first of the movie Face Off. Were'nt they gold plated with scorpions in the grips?

    They were pretty cool. They were gold-plated, V12 ported customized Springfield Armory 1911's with dragons on the grips.

    Many thanks spider for clueing me in on what type of SA they were,well I know i cant afford one of those but maybe GRD will have a giveaway for 2 of his RIA and I win them I could touch em up with some Krylon gold paint and stand up during supper and smack my wife with a serving tray and shout " I'm Castor Troy WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

    I believe it was a TV version of Louis L'Amour's "Crossfire Trail". The bad guy carried it. Tom Selleck (good guy) carried an 1876 Winchester carbine, and one of the supporting characters had an Evans .44 lever-action, which could be loaded with a couple dozen rounds in the tube magazine in the buttstock.

    That particular movie was full of cool artillery.

    My particular favorite, though, would be either the Lancaster rifle carried by Billy Bob Thornton playing David Crockett in "The Alamo" or the Virginia rifle carried by Mel Gibson in "The Patriot".
