I heard tires squealing and then CRUNCH! Looked outside in the darkness, there was a car in a position that's not normal. I grabbed my Medi-kit, threw on a jacket(its like 15*) and shoes, ran outside and across the street.

Two Highschool girls in a Chevy Blazer ran squarely into the corner of a poured concrete building at about 40+mph. WOW, Totaled the truck. I had them checked out before the Ambulance arrived, pupil response, no head/neck trauma, etc. Just the minor stuff.....Seatbelt marks, busted lips, etc.

Both denied medical care outside the first glances. Cops showed up and said I could go. Poor girls, one was in shock from the accident. Not actual shock, she just didn't know what happened, other one had just been in a wreck last month. I got hugs from them before they left.

My first time being the first responder to a car wreck. Felt good that they weren't injured.

Dude ......umm......Tori came home . Little soon to be moving on isn't it cool_shades.gif???

    Just busting yer chops...........

I'm on the first response/rescue team at my plant; last year we had a couple of kids wreck right outside our front gate. We responded, everyone was OK (a few broken bones, but nothing life-threatening, they self-extracted by the time we got there).

Got our behinds chewed by management the next day. Nothing like getting beached at for doing the right thing...

    Glad yours came out better.
